Grace is the Co-Founder and CEO of Andromeda Robotics, a fast-growing deep-tech company and a global pioneer in emotionally intelligent humanoid robotics. As a mechatronics engineer, Grace founded Andromeda with one mission: to create empathetic robotic companions that meaningfully improve human wellbeing at scale. The result of this mission is Abi, the world’s leading social companion robot for aged care. Under her leadership, Andromeda has grown from an early-stage concept into a $100M-valued venture redefining the future of care. In 2024, Grace was recognised on Forbes 30 under 30, in 2025 she led the company’s most significant growth to date - scaling revenue, expanding the team, and building the foundations for rapid commercial deployment - and in 2026, Abi was launched in the US market. Grace is a champion of responsible, inclusive robotics and believes that when designed with empathy, technology can profoundly transform how people experience care, community, and connection.
